What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 16:00–18:00, check-out 08:00–10:00. Different times to be agreed. On confirmation you receive the code and instructions for self check-in.
How does self check-in work?
When the booking is confirmed you receive the access code, the exact address and the instructions on WhatsApp. No waiting at reception.
Is parking included?
Private parking included for 2.Rosso and 3.Arancio. For 1.Verde parking is available nearby.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, on request. Contact us before booking to confirm.
How does payment work?
For direct bookings: bank transfer, PayPal or cash on arrival. A deposit of €200 is required.
Can I book last minute?
